Your account must be fully verified before withdrawing funds from jiabet. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

If odds change before a bet is confirmed, jiabet reserves the right to accept the bet at the updated odds or to decline it entirely. In Live Betting, odds fluctuate in real time, and if a bet is confirmed with a delay, the new odds will apply.
If a match is fully cancelled, all related bets will be refunded. If a match is rescheduled and does not take place within 36 hours, the bets will be voided. Results determined by the DLS method will also be considered valid.
